Servers thrive (Culinary schools) in Park City

The mumble of conversation and the clatter of dinnerware heighten the anxiety rookie servers may feel during Friday night's dinner rush.
The power of magnetism just doesn't impress me. At least not in the kitchen. Not yet, anyway. As most kitchen gizmo junkies _ along with anyone insane enough to be looking into renovating their kitchen _ have heard by now, induction is the wave of the future in cooktops. Be there, or be slow.
From TV chefs to reality shows where the winners get their own restaurants, it\'s a hot time to be in the kitchen. Record numbers of would-be chefs are enrolling in culinary schools, some of which charge $20,000 a year or more.
