KERNERSVILLE, N.C. Shirley Martin Wooten, 68, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2006, at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston- Salem, N.C. Mrs. Wooten was born in Cherokee County, S.C., a daughter of the late James H. and Shirley Moss Martin. She was a retiree of Hooker Furniture Company as Human Resource Director after 28 years of service.
