Winter rain chills, fog grips Delhi (Baby showers invitations)

After light showers yesterday, it's back to foggy days in the Capital, severely disrupting air and train services out of gear.

SAN FRANCISCO - A winter storm brought heavy rain and powerful winds to the San Francisco Bay Area on Tuesday and was expected to dump up to two feet of fresh snow on Sierra ski resorts. The storm reached Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties Tuesday morning and was drenching Solano County and much of the Bay Area by afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
