The modernism movement is the new "in style" decorating trend. In the antique trade, modernism does not refer to new designs but to post World War II furniture designers like Charles Eames, Marcel Breuer, Harry Bertoia, George Nelson, Gilbert Rohde and Eero Saarinen.

Despite starring on "Ghost Whisperer" as Melinda Gordon, a winsome antique-shopowner whose sideline is facilitating spooks, Hewitt doesn't fully buy into this ghost-whispering stuff.
